Women's navy blue lace dress size M in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin

I bought this dress from a popular online store, but was unable to return it as it was the last one in stock of this size. $100 original cost. It is navy blue lace, sleeveless, keyhole back. I have never worn it, only because it just doesn't fit correctly. It really is a gorgeous dress! I attempted to have it tailored, which helped, but still don't like how it fits me personally. Tailoring involved adding darts to the bust (it was a bit loose under the arms and this helped), and taking in the upper back part, which now sits nicely against the skin instead of gaping. I'm 5'8", 135lb, 27.5" waist, B cup. This dress is just a little big on me. Length is just above the knees.
